Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Ontario.

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

Final ticket sales deadline: November 2, 2023 at 9:30:00 p.m. EDT

Draw
Raffle draw: November 2, 2023 at 9:45:00 p.m. EDT

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

Draw will be held at Fork York Armoury, 660 Fleet St, Toronto, ON M5V 1A9

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at https://campfirecircle.rafflenexus.com/winners on November 2, 2023.

4. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by the Campfire Circle.

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered on behalf of the minor to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Campfire Circle or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

5. Privacy

Campfire Circle does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: rsvp@campfirecircle.org . Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

7. Other

Please email our team at rsvp@campfirecircle.org should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.
